Worked with Lance Patterson to buy a 2016 Carolina Skiff 238 DLV. Very happy with the boat & Lance could not have been more helpful in the process. Test ride, no problem. He did some research for me & found that the engine still had time on the extended warranty! Parts, service, finance, receptionist were all very friendly & welcoming in a real way. I will definitely go to Riva in Key Largo for my future needs.

I wanted to write a quick note to tell you about my experience at Riva in Key Largo last week. I have a Yamaha outboard that had a burned up starter.
By the way this is a boat that was not purchased from Riva.Last Saturday I contacted the Key Largo location and spoke with John. He told me to bring the boat right down so they could troubleshoot the issue.
John was very professional and made sure we were informed during the whole process from the troubleshooting to installation of new starter. This was my first visit to Riva and I assure you it will not be my last. I have used other authorized Yamaha dealers in the area and have been very disappointed with their knowledge and service. Yesterday as I walked outside after checking out with John I found my boat already hooked to my truck and a gentleman about to hop inside the boat to clean up some footprints.I was very impressed with the service I received from John and the rest of the staff at Riva Key Largo!Thank you,-Anonymous -

Hey Robin. Man, my motor is just awesome! As a matter of fact I dropped it off to Riva yesterday for its 100hr. service. 100 proud hours. I've been 23 miles offshore fishing with it for tuna and mahi, taken it up to Miami, bayside. I can't even begin to tell you the countless dives we have made off of the boat with it. My favorite moment was when let my 12 year old nephew drive and he asked "Is the motor even on"? So so quiet. And I am very impressed with the fuel mileage it gets for the power it puts out. Riva has been good to me about following up with service after the sale and I'm thankful for that. And thankful you helped me put a great engine on the back of my boat. Hope you guys pull some full traps and I'll see you soon. Thanks again, Corbin.

I purchase several Jet-Ski's, one at the Miami store and the other at the Key Largo and obviously my 1st experience was good because I came back 3 years later and bought another one in Key Largo. I had an issue last summer with one of my skis and the service department really took care of me. Randy in service was able to get me approved for a replacement part even after my warranty had expire. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Everyone at Riva was helpful and immediately began to troubleshoot our problem and put us back in the water with minimal delays. Good afternoon Mike and Jeff, My name is Steven ****** and I purchased a new Suzuki 300 for my boat back in November of 2013. As I get ready to bring my boat in for its first service, it came to my mind that I never stopped to send you an note regarding my customer experience at Riva South. First, let me say that I have owned several boats and personal watercraft over the years. These have ranged from PWCs to 50 foot diesel cruising boats. To say the least, I have had the opportunity to deal with some real winners and some real losers over the years when it comes to boats, parts, installation and maintenance. About a year and a half ago, my father-in-law and I began using Riva South for our local needs down in the keys. Due to my father-in-laws positive experience when he purchased two wave runners from Riva South, I decided to use Riva South when re-powering my center console. From the moment that I stepped foot onto the parking lot, and at every opportunity since, each and every encounter with your sales and mechanical folks has been one of the most pleasant experiences that I have ever had. I could go on and on about your staff and their knowledge and professionalism. Other companies should model their workforce after yours. The folks that I dealt with the most were Nicholas Aldous and Shannon Clements but I also worked with Jeff Joiner and met many of your installers and shop guys. I had many technical questions and made several purchase and upgrade decisions based upon their answers and feedback. Nothing could have gone any better. My family and I are extremely pleased with our purchase. Now, like everyone else, we just need to find more time to enjoy our boat. Thank you fu putting the fun back into our fishing boat! I realize that this is a little late but I would hope that you find a way to share my many thanks with your team. They are top notch and deserve to know that their customers really appreciate them and their work.

We had an exceptional service experience with your remote service person - Randy Viollette. We had several issues that needed attention. Randy was on all of them and did an excellent job. He is very experienced and identified the solution, had the parts and fixed all our problems. He was very professional and completed everything at our dock. The experience could not have been better. No pulling the boat, dropping it off, waiting for repair and then picking it up. Randy came right to our dock, fixed everything and we were boating again that same day. Seamless. Highly recommend RIVA and especially Randy for service needs. Thanks RIVA!
