This 23 ft Center Console needs some work but starts and runs.In our evaluation we found water in the lower unit oil, broken skeg, leaky thermostat, guages do not work, anchor lights do not work, but Does have good even compression at 100 psi on all cylinders.Due to age and condition this boat is being sold AS-IS, and is up to buyer to evaluate any further.
